EXCHANGES ONLY — NO CASH REFUNDS
We do not offer cash or card refunds. Eligible orders may be returned for in-store exchange only.
ELIGIBILITY FOR EXCHANGE
To qualify for an exchange:

Items must be returned within 14 days of the purchase/delivery date

A receipt or order invoice is required

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags attached

Items must be free of odors, stains, pet hair, and signs of wear
NON-RETURNABLE / FINAL SALE ITEMS
Please note the following cannot be returned or exchanged:

Accessories (jewelry, hats, scarves, handbags, etc.)

Items marked Final Sale
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you received an item that is defective or damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist with a replacement or store credit.
