3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
Payments must be completed at checkout. We accept major credit/debit cards and any other payment options displayed at checkout.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order suspected of fraud or unauthorized use.

 

4. Shipping & Delivery

All orders are shipped through USPS.

• Method: Next-day shipping (after order is processed)
   

Once shipped, delivery timelines are controlled by the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS, weather, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

 

5. Returns & Exchanges

We do not offer cash refunds.
In-store exchanges only are available within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt or invoice. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Online returns/exchanges must follow the process outlined in our Return Policy.

 

6. Final Sale Items

Certain items may be marked Final Sale and are not eligible for exchange or return. This may include sale items, seasonal collections, or accessories.

 

7. Order Errors or Damaged Items

If you receive an incorrect or visibly damaged item, contact us within 3 days of delivery with proof (photos + order number) so we can review and assist with a replacement or exchange if eligible.
